Hey! Thanks for reading! I’m Mandy. I’m an editor living and working in Nashville. On this blog, I write about all the things that are important to me (or seem so at the time). My blog is a running dialogue about my life—what I find annoying, interesting, the things I’m going through and thinking about. And the things that are most important to me are God, my family, my friends, food, and everything in between.

I’m originally from Southeast Missouri and still consider myself a small town girl. I graduated from the University of Missouri, came to grad school at Vanderbilt Divinity School (graduated with my masters in 2003), and stayed in Nashville. I love this town!

You should post the picture which looks like Muffin is biting your head off. I think it’s hilarious!

    Just for you, Mindy Lou-Who!

  3. Mandy,

Many thanks for linking to my Reuters Oddly Enough blog, which I noticed today when you sent some traffic my way. I appreciate it, and I’ll have to spend some time reading through your posts, now that I know you have very good taste.

By the way, I agree with you about Dolly Parton. I Interviewed her about 20 years ago, and had a great time. She’s one of the few really “fun” celebrity interviews, because there really is a spontaneous element to her. Or at least if not, it fooled me.

Anyway, please feel free to keep sending your readers my way, and I’m always interested in comments on my posts.

    bests regards,
    Bob Basler

I love the title of this blog Mandy. Seriously cool and true. I have for many years known that in my unfinishedness I am growing to be more like the Finished One.

    Write strong, Write unfinished, Write.

    Hey Mandy!

Could you tell me what your blog header is a picture of?

    1. Mandy Says:

It’s Glorieta. You are correct. I love Glorieta. It’s a place where God has moved and will continue to move.

  6. Rod Pitts Says:

It looks kinda like Glorieta… Am I correct?
