Online Book Club: Episode 1
The idea:
Invite you along on my journey to read 30 books this year and create community and conversation about books. The first book on our list is Margaret Mitchell’s southern classic Gone with the Wind.
The plan:
Read GWTW in six weeks, with weekly assignments and discussions. The schedule is as follows:
Today: Intro video and begin reading
10/6: Chapters 1-7 discussion
10/13: Chapters 8-16 discussion
10/20: Chapters 17-25 discussion
10/27: Chapters 26-35 discussion
11/3: Chapters 36-47 discussion
11/10: Chapters 48-end discussion
This is such a fun idea! While I don’t think I’ll be able to participate in this first book (up to my eyeballs in assigned reading) I’d love to do it in the future!
Totally understandable! It’s not like you don’t have anything to read. . . or do.
If you’re participating and wondering, discussion post/questions/etc. will be posted on Thursday evening, not morning!
