All your blogs about exercise are actually motivating me! I have done little…ok no exercise since the baby was born (he turned 11 months old yesterday). I have 8 pounds to go before I’m back to pre-baby weight. However, I despise running, I’m more of weight-lifting-aerobics girl myself. Good luck on your training!

Yes! Go for it! These events are a blast, and it feels amazing to accomplish something like that. I walked the half-marathon last year and it was incredible….and girl, if I can walk 13 miles, you can do 8K – you’re in much better shape than I’m in! I am excited for you!
